- FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more
- 2-Day Shipping: $17.00
- Next Day Shipping: $37.00
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day
- Delays possible during peak seasons; we will communicate any significant delays via email or phone
- We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

- Customers who purchase Redo Return Protection for $1.99 can print a free return shipping label from our online Return Portal
- Without Redo Return Protection, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping

How to Initiate a Return:

- Enter your order number and reason for return
- Mail items within 3 days of receiving return authorization
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

- Store credit has no expiration date
- Must be used entirely in one transaction
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
Exchanges & Defective Items:
- Exchanges available only for defective or damaged items

- Once we review and approve your claim, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Items returned without prior approval are not eligible for free return shipping

- Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your order, where you can cancel, update your shipping address, correct contact information, or make other eligible changes
