Shipping Information
Shipping Rates:
- $6.99 flat-rate shipping within the U.S.
- FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
- 2-Day Shipping: $17.00
- Next Day Shipping: $37.00
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day
- Delays possible during peak seasons; we will communicate any significant delays via email or phone
- We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays
Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (order by 1:00 PM EST)
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day (order by 1:00 PM EST)
Local Pickup:
- FREE local pickup available in Lawrenceburg, KY
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready
Order Tracking:
- Shipment confirmation email with tracking number provided within 24 hours after shipping
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses:
- Standard Shipping is available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- 2-Day and Next Day Shipping are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories
International Shipping:
- Currently not available. Please check back for future updates.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim

- Retain all original packaging and damaged items as evidence
Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors and pet hair, with original tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Personalized products
- Accessories and non-clothing items
- Intimates, hosiery, and swimwear
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Gift cards and special-order products
- Perishable items and personal care products
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our online Return Portal [HERE] to get started
- Enter your order number and reason for return
- Mail items within 3 days of receiving return authorization
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Store Credit:
- Store credit has no expiration date
- Must be used entirely in one transaction
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
Exchanges:
- Exchanges available only for defective or damaged items

Cancellation Policy:
- Customers may cancel or make changes to their order within 2 hours of placing it
- Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your order, where you can cancel, update your shipping address, correct contact information, or make other eligible changes
- After the 2-hour window, orders begin processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled
