Shipping Information

Shipping Rates:

• $6.99 flat-rate shipping within the U.S. on orders under $75
• FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more
• 2-Day Shipping: $17.00
• Next Day Shipping: $37.00

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day
• Delays possible during peak seasons; we will communicate any significant delays via email or phone
• We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (order by 1:00 PM EST)
• Next Day Shipping: 1 business day (order by 1:00 PM EST)

Local Pickup:

• FREE local pickup available in Lawrenceburg, KY
• Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready

Order Tracking:

• Shipment confirmation email with tracking number provided within 24 hours after shipping

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses:

• Standard Shipping is available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• 2-Day and Next Day Shipping are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories

International Shipping:

• Currently not available. Please check back for future updates.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

• Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim
• Notify us at shannon@simplyblessedkids.com for assistance
• Retain all original packaging and damaged items as evidence

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right with a full refund within 30 days — no hassle, no runaround.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors and pet hair, with original tags attached
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Redo Return Protection was purchased (see below)

Free Return Shipping with Redo:

• Customers who purchase Redo Return Protection for $1.99 can print a free return shipping label from our online Return Portal
• Without Redo Return Protection, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

• Personalized products
• Accessories and non-clothing items
• Intimates, hosiery, and swimwear
• Clearance, sale, or discounted items
• Gift cards and special-order products
• Perishable items and personal care products

How to Initiate a Return:

• Visit our online Return Portal [HERE] to get started
• Enter your order number and reason for return
• Mail items within 3 days of receiving return authorization
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

Store Credit:

• Store credit has no expiration date
• Must be used entirely in one transaction
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

Exchanges & Defective Items:

• Exchanges available only for defective or damaged items
• Email us at shannon@simplyblessedkids.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage
• Once we review and approve your claim, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Items returned without prior approval are not eligible for free return shipping

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers may cancel or make changes to their order within 2 hours of placing it
• Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your order, where you can cancel, update your shipping address, correct contact information, or make other eligible changes
• After the 2-hour window, orders begin processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled

How do I order The Beaufort Bonnet Company items? TBBC items at Simply Blessed Kids are available by special order. Contact us at 502-517-9101 or shannon@simplyblessedkids.com with the item name and size. We'll confirm availability, provide a total, and collect payment to secure your order.

What sizes does The Beaufort Bonnet Company carry? TBBC offers standard children's sizing from 3M through size 10. Most styles run true to size — we recommend sizing up if your child is between sizes or has a longer torso.

Do you carry seasonal TBBC collections? Yes! We carry Easter, Christmas, and special occasion styles. Contact us at 502-517-9101 to ask about current and upcoming seasonal arrivals.

Can I pick up my order in store? Free in-store pickup is available at 105 South Main Street, Suite 1, Lawrenceburg, KY. Tuesday–Friday 11–6, Saturday 10–4.

What is your return policy on TBBC items? TBBC special order items are final sale.
